Blog Con London 2018!

I’m SO excited about this post!

I’ve wanted to go to a blogging event since forever but my anxiety had always held me back. This year I’d had enough and bought a ticket to this years Blog Con London hosted by Scarlett London (SL Digital Events) and I’m so glad I did it!

I went there alone, and was really nervous at first as I didn’t know anyone. Luckily I was warmly greeted with a glass of bubbly, and the room was full of people chatting away so I knew it wouldn’t take me long to feel at ease.

There was lots of different brands/stalls there so I tried to go to every one to have a chat with the brand ambassadors and get to find out more about each company. I picked up some great samples and swapped business cards with a few people so I hope to stay in contact ☺

Make sure you watch the video included in this post to find out more!

An awesome feminine brand that offer organic cotton tampons, pads and liners; which you can get as a monthly subscription delivered to you discreetly. They had some samples out and I managed to grab a goody bag with several tampons/pads in, so when my time comes, I’ll try them out to see if they cause less irritation and are kinder to my lady bits!

Tea Rose London

This beautiful stall caught my eye due to it’s pinks and flowers! They’re still a very new brand but they currently sell cute pouches!

Just For Tummies

I got to find out so much about this brand as I spent a lot of time chatting with Linda Booth (the lovely lady behind the brand) and I learnt so much from her! She offers dietary advice, and some of her beautifully feminine packaged products include: fibre tablets, milk thistle, omega 3 and much more! As well as being a lovely lady, Linda also has the cutest website and blog, where she shares lots of helpful tips that all women should learn from!

I drove to the event, and literally the second I stepped out of the car, I laddered my tights!!!

The ONE day I didn’t bring a spare pair out with me!

I tried to hide the ladder at first, being a newbie and a billy no mates, you know.. But the ladder just got bigger throughout the day so I styled it out..

Yep, gone for the grungey ripped tights look.. Totally planned..

I met two AWESOME ladies who are as crazy as I am and I was instantly like ‘right I’ve found my homegirls right here..’

Shannon who is an incredibly talented photographer! & Saffy who like me, dabbles in a bit of everything!

I also met the lovely Lauren from ‘loulabellerose‘ and she is absolutely adorable! She’s so lovely and kind and I’ve always been a fan of hers!

As I was leaving I was given a goodie bag which is of course SO exciting!!! And made me feel like a kid at a party (which I basically was) and it was packed full of goodies!

I met so many lovely bloggers/people there, it was definitely a day to remember! Oh and FYI if you were wondering, my dress is from Missguided!

I was at BlogConLDN too and I also felt a bit nervous about going in case I didn’t know certain people but I found myself speaking to Scarlett as well as other bloggers and YouTubers I follow. I liked looking at the stands as well as watching the panel discussions and the goody bag.
